By accessing, registering on, or using the bph233 platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing wagers, depositing funds, or redeeming promotions — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the bph233 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or special terms that bph233 may publish from time to time.

These terms apply to your use of bph233.net and all associated services, features, applications, and content made available by bph233, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any app-based interface that bph233 may make available. If you are using the bph233 platform on behalf of any third party, or if any third party has funded your bph233 account, you acknowledge that you remain individually and solely liable for compliance with these terms and for all activity conducted under your account .

To register and maintain an account on bph233, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bph233 does not permit access to players under 21, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own true identity, and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bph233 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from bph233 or had a bph233 account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not attempt to register from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

bph233 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bph233 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bph233 strongly recommends that all players enable SMS-based two-factor authentication from within account settings.

You must not share your bph233 account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or transfer your account to another person under any circumstances. bph233 will treat all activity conducted under your login credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

bph233 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. bph233 does not accept deposits via third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the player's own name.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your bph233 balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. bph233 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully verified bph233 accounts are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and within one (1) business day for bank transfers under normal conditions.
• Withdrawal Limits: bph233 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section. bph233 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests prior to processing.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid CNIC and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. bph233 will not process any withdrawal to an account or payment method that is not verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• No Third-Party Payments: bph233 does not accept deposits from, or make withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated bph233 account may be suspended pending investigation.

bph233 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any other third-party financial institution involved in the transaction chain. Transaction fees, if any, charged by payment providers are the player's responsibility unless otherwise stated by bph233 in a specific promotion.

bph233 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be used in a systematic or professional capacity designed to exploit the bonus structure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bph233 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bph233, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bph233 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, as gambling inherently involves financial risk.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors outside bph233's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Any error or omission in game rules, odds, or market descriptions that have been subsequently corrected by bph233.
• Any decisions made by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that affect your access to or use of the bph233 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bph233's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bph233 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player against bph233.
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded, subject to applicable legal holds.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the bph233 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
